Chris K. Kopp, PT graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of North Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.  Upon graduation, Chris accepted a position as an outpatient orthopedic staff therapist for Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL.  During his tenure, Chris practiced in a variety of clinical settings including acute care, home health and hand therapy.  In addition, he provided hospital in-services for body mechanic principles, injury prevention strategies, ergonomics and facilitated/developed/presented continuing education seminars for the rehabilitation department.  While employed with Baptist Health, he also assumed the role of Center Coordinator of Clinical Education with responsibilities involving student internship placement and supervision of staff clinical instructors within the hospital system.  After leaving Baptist Health, Chris continued as an educator and clinician serving as the Academic Coordinator for Clinical Education for the University of North Florida Physical Therapy program and as part-time instructor for Florida Community College of Jacksonville Physical Therapist Assistant program.  Never satisfied with his clinical knowledge, he has consistently pursued advanced continuing education and post-graduate coursework with an emphasis in orthopedics, resulting in board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from NovaSoutheastern University.  Through his involvement with the American Cancer Society, Chris has broadened his clinical expertise to include rehabilitation strategies for the oncology patient, specializing in breast cancer rehabilitation.  As co-owner and a clinical director of Premier Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation of Jacksonville, Chris incorporates evidence-based practice standards, manual therapy and compassionate care in order to achieve excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.  Chris resides in Atlantic Beach with his wife and two children and enjoys an active Florida lifestyle including surfing and golf.

Mason PT graduated from Florida International University's School of Allied Health Professions in 1993, after earning music degrees from the Jamaica School of Music and the University of North Florida. He began his career as a Pediatric Physical Therapist at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami where he worked in outpatient/inpatient rehab, neonatal intensive care, and acute care settings.  After relocating to Jacksonville, Florida, he was employed by Baptist-St. Vincent's Medical Center as Rehab Manager of Fleet Landing Health Center, an assisted living and skilled nursing facility. In addition to his duties as manager, primary treating therapist, and clinical educator, he also provided PRN physical therapy services to the hospital's pediatric, acute care, and home health divisions.  After working in an outpatient rehab and wellness center in New Smryna beach for two years, he started Vital Motion Rehabilitation and Wellness, LLC and became the Director of Physical Therapy and Corporate Wellness for NASCAR and International Speedway Corporation.  He also designed a golf-specific physical evaluation and training program for the PGA Tour Academy at the World Golf Village.  Following a four year stint as an orthopedic surgical sales representative, he has returned to the field of physical therapy.  He has extensive training in balance and vestibular rehabilitation, fall prevention, back injury prevention and treatment, manual techniques, sports specific rehab, and interventions for a variety of geriatric issues including osteoporosis, unsteady gait, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, joint replacement, and arthritis.
